Dr. Noor Z. Razzaq is a university professor with varied experience across the law enforcement spectrum. He has served as Spec. Deputy U.S. Marshal, SWAT team operator, SWAT coordinator, entry-team instructor, training supervisor, patrolman, investigator, and military police supervisor.
