I spent my entire career in the Civil Enginnering Fiels. After Retirement (Early Drawdown - Clinton Era 1993) I was employed at various Engineering Firs. In 2000 I was hired as the Public Works Director for a City in Iowa. After two years, I went Federal Service working for the Army. I am now a Senior Construction Representive for the Herbert Hoover Dike on Lake Okeechobee in Florida.
