Squad Leader
Serves as first line supervisor; provides leadership and guidance to 30 Soldiers in Transition (STs); responsible for daily accountability, health, welfare and morale of the squad consisting of various PMOSs, all components of service, and a multitude of physical and psychological disabilities; ensures proper integration and transition in and out of the Warrior Transition Battalion; manages medical and personnel actions through close coordination with STs, Nurse Case Managers (NCM), Primary Care Managers (PCM) and administrative staff; counsels STs and Families on all facets of transition; ensures medical care is being conducted with dignity and respect.
