As an Aircraft Maintenance Chief, I am directly responsible for the establishment and operations of all maintenance areas and functions within any fixed-wing, helicopter, tilt-rotor, maintenance logistics or repair facility. This includes managing the manpower, qualifications, and certifications in order to maintain mission readiness in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with regulations.
