Expertly directed and led a Training and Doctrine Command Advanced Individual Training Course at the United States Army Intelligence Center; responsible for all aspects of training for Initial Entry and Transition status active duty, reserve component and National Guard Soldiers during the highly technical 39 academic week 35T (Military Intelligence Maintainer/Integrator) Course; managed a student load of over 256 students; provided direction for more than 60 assigned instructors; ensured compliance with applicable regulatory and training guidance; recommended and enforced operational procedures; evaluated subordinate Department of the Army Civilians up to GS-12 level; mentored and evaluated subordinate military personnel; recommended and implemented adjustments to the curriculum.

Directly responsible to the Battalion Commander for managing the Battalion SHARP program for an Initial Entry Training Battalion of over 1,800 Soldiers, Army Civilians and Contractors; responsible to provide/oversee awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response, reporting and follow up for sexual harassment/assault issues; oversaw a cadre of up to 15 company level Unit Victim Advocates ensuring they received support and resources required; ensured victims of sexual assault received all needed guidance and emotional support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures, and that victims understood the processes involved; ensured appropriate data was collected and reported to Brigade level SHARP personnel where the data was maintained.

Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Assistant Chief of Staff for Logistics and Maintenance (G-4) and his staff of over 355 Soldiers and Senior Civilians maintaining over $1 Billion worth of equipment and supplies and supporting more than 36,000 personnel worldwide; responsible for ensuring the health and welfare of the entire 355 person staff; advised the Commanding General and her staff on logistics and readiness issues in support of strategic and tactical operations in support of operations worldwide with a logistics budget in excess of $500 Million; managed the pre-deployment training and certification of individual augmentees and Liaison Officers deploying to Iraq, Afghanistan and other austere locations around the world.
