My life has gone the way God had it planned. He just didn't let me know how. I am an optimist but yet a realist. I have been a huge proponent of effective leadership and if I had one trait to share, it would be to take care of your people, first and foremost! I am a member of an anonymous organization and I don't drink, which puts me in a position to help those that have a problem.
