Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Involuntary recall back to active duty with the IRR. Had a special assignment at this air base. Good experiance is all I'm going to say.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
OIF 3 I thinkSome call this the triangle of death. My unit did patrols in order to secure Al Asad air base for a month then got tasked out to go town to town on foot at times and vehicles securing all weapons and explosives being hidden by terrorists. This was my last deployment during my first 4 years of service.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
OEF returned to my rotation of deployments back with the embassy. This time while back in the rear went to DM school and swapped out my 249 at the armory for a specialized M14 DMR. Provided over watch with USMC scout snipers and other DM'S from multiple vantage points.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
OEF detached to the 4th MEB still assigned to 3/2. Protected US embassy during the most intense times due to the new election process going on. Supported operations for embassy and worked directly with dynacorp to complete the mission or should I say they worked with us.
