Bio 

I graduated High School in Okinawa, Japan 1986. Went to NWMSU and proceeded to study Art and philosophy. Joined Missouri NG for college money. Desert Storm began and I quit school to go active duty, my senior Year. After, over twenty-six years of training and managing individuals in a team environment. My passion is identifying individual strengths & providing guidance to help them with personal growth through experience and a variety of techniques. I fostered creative and enthusiastic training. Instructed and facilitated others in while maintaining a high-quality of personal self-awareness. In 2022 I accomplished my goal of graduating with my Master of Arts degree in Human service counseling with a concentration in Military resilience. I continue to help others both physically and mentally however I can.

Served as the Installation Program Manager for the 10th MTN DIV (LI) Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) Program; responsible for managing over 30 subordinate-level Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs) and their CSF2 programs; advises the Commanding General on the total fitness and resilience of the Division and installation, comprised of 20,000 Soldiers, Family members and DA Civilians; assists in planning events and training opportunities focused on the five dimensions of CSF2; mentors subordinate MRTs in the instruction of resilience skills and partners with existing key programs on the utilization of resilience programs on the installation.
