I served in the Army for 23 years. I was deployed to Iraq in 2003. I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at The Place Called OM, Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Clinic, with a Doctorate in Acupuncture with a Specialization in Herbal Medicine (DAcHM) and a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine.

Help plan U.S. government interagency procedures for national or regional emergencies. Assist with civil-military planning and support. Coordinate military resources to support reconstruction activities. Foster and maintain dialogue with civilian aid agencies and civilian relief and assistance organizations. Establish mechanisms for emergency coordination and administration where political-economic structures have been incapacitated.
