I have a huge intrinsic motivation to inspire others in life. I am told I create time in a day to accomplish the many challenges I put on my plate. Quartermaster (Navigator)

USS Harpers Ferry (LSD-49), PHIBRON 1, ESG THREE, COMPACFLT | Sasebo, Japan

Traveled to Australia, Hong Kong, Dili, Bali, Philippines and a few others. Took a few college courses, and volunteered at a local orphanage right outside of base. Brought educational sports and activities to the children. Played basketball as well!

1st Day on board as a Quartermaster we headed straight to Hawaii for a hull swap with USS Harpers Ferry. You want to laugh I'll share this, I didn't think when I choose my job in the military that I would be a navigator that gets sea sick. Made for some great stories, with challenging times. Looking back now I can laugh about them! :)
