Brigade Targeting Officer
As Brigade Counterfire/Targeting Officer, served as the commander's staff representative responsible for planning, training, coordinating and executing the Brigade's counterfire mission using two cannon battalions and one HIMARS battalion. Planned, coordinated, and recommended the deployment of the target acquisition elements of the brigade. Responsible for training the Brigade's tactical operation center in counterfire procedures, operations and doctrine. Assisted the Brigade Intelligence Officer in developing target selection standards, attack criteria and the integration of target acquisition assets into the collection plan for the Brigade. Volunteered 550 hours to the Fort Bragg MWR program, American Red Cross and other non-profit agencies throughout the Fayetteville community.

As Brigade Targeting Officer, developed the Brigade Planning SOP (PSOP) in particular the targeting process chapter. Participated in three command post exercises, including 4th Infantry Division Mission Rehearsal Exercise at Fort Hood, which validated the targeting process as published in the PSOP. Served as the Action Officer for the FY07 Brigade AER Campaign and the Brigade Command Inspection. Managed both tasks flawlessly. Surpassed FY06 AER campaign by 30%. Managed all data and schedules during the CI, by providing battalions a thorough assessment of their units. During spare time obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance.

Performed duties as the Task Force Targeting Officer. Supervised the complete overhaul of the AN/TPQ36 radar section. Ensured the Fires and Effects Coordination Cell was operational and supported the Task Force. Integrated non-kinetic aspects using CA, PYSOPS, and Information Operation to enhanced the battalion's ability to conduct operations.

Performed duties as the Field Artillery Intelligence Officer. Assisted in the implementation of Kinetic and Non-Kinetic targeting process to assist subordinate units in synchronizing operations. Integrated Battlefield Operating Systems to enhanced the regiment's ability to conduct operations against hostile elements.
