Sceduling
Responsible for input of 100 personnel into PEX on weekly basis to maintain 24/7 rescue operations. Ensured all personnel had correct qualification/certifications and upgrades as needed. Assisted with scheduling of aircraft, flight requirements,off station trainers and drop zone training requirements. Managed squadron range time, coordinating with army counterparts to deconflict times people and assets.

COMSEC Account Manager
Managed Communications Security account for 20 Radio operators. Accounted for all equipment and classified needed for war and peace time mission. Responsible for pick up of new items and monthly destruction. Trained 20 people on proper accountability IAW all AFI'S and base supplements.

Maintenence of squadron computer equipment. Accountability of all serially controlled item; replacement of monitors, PC and printers as needed. Assisted with weekly software updates. In processes and out processed personnel from our unit; accounting for all appropriate permissions and email accounts.
