Currently I am the Branch Chief for the Center for Army Lessons Learned Archive Branch at Fort Leavenworth. I supervise a group that is responsible for archiving documents to includes after action reviews, observation, insights, and lessons into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (http://www.jllis.mil). Previously I was an Army Career Counselor for 20-years of a 25-year AD career.
