Bio 

Working in the IT field for over 20 years from J6 helpdesk to LAN Administrator to Application support, and now 8 years as a database administrator (someday I will figure out what I want to be when I grow up!). Volunteer in the local SQL and IT community in Jacksonville, FL. When not working, I enjoy woodworking and DYI projects.

Switch System Chief
Started as Multichannel Radio team chief (31R30) and then promoted to Switch Systems Chief (31W40). On the AGR fulltime side, I started as a Training NCO for HHC and then the Readiness NCO for Co A. Retired in 2004.

HAWK Fire Control Repair Team Chief
24H then turned 35Y (Intermediate Family Test Equipment repair) for the HAWK missile system and then the Avenger System. I also assisted with fielding the IFTE System for the MLRS system in Sarasota, FL. Supported 265th ADA Battalion HAWK Missile System live fire exercise at Camp Lajeune, NC January 1993. Assisted with company's full MTOE change over from HAWK to Avenger System. Also one of the last five members of the company during the company deactivation. This was a non-traditional AGR Position for FLARNG, maintaining the HAWK and then Avenger Missile Systems.

Attached to the International Student Company, part of 5 person unit (Commander, 1SG, Supply SGT, Operations NCO, and Driver) managing international students coming to Redstone Arsenal to attend OMMCS schools. Enrolled students for classes along with other daily operations and assisted civilian Civil service employees working in the unit.

Performed component level electronic repair and maintenance on the Pershing P1a and PII Nuclear Missile Systems. Supported Co A 1/9th FA Firing Battery live fire exercise at Cape Canaveral, FL June 1986.
