Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Landed in Kuwait in February 02, a month later crossed into Iraq and spent another month in Elm before traveling to Mosul where my unit aided in the rebuilding of local schools as well as escorted trucks carrying supplies to and from Turkey border. My time was split between repairing generators and vehicles and being a driver for convoys.
