 Over 27 years of professional military leadership and management experience currently serving as a Brigade Command Sergeant Major.  Ample experience and understanding on all aspects of planning, coordination, synchronization, execution and assessment of operations.  Successfully managed resources, budgets, strategic planning, problem analysis and recommended solutions to all levels of leaders CSM Julio Candelario enlisted in the United States Army on the 3rd of January, 1986 as a Fire Support Specialist (13F). He attended One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Charley Battery, 4th Training Battalion, Fort Sill, Oklahoma and retired on 30 August 2013 from the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation at Fort Benning, GA.
