Entered the Army National Guard in 1996. The goal was to get some college money. Enrolled in college in 1996, the goal was Electrical Engineering. Mobilized in 2001 for Operation Noble Eagle. Graduated college in 2002 with a BS in Biology. Became a teacher in 2004 and an Assistant Principal in 2010. Deployed to Afghanistan in 2007 and injured in an IED blast. Retired the military in 2015.
