Over the years I've gained invaluable experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution and as a Conflict Management specialist. One of the greatest feats a mediator can accomplish is bringing two sides together to resolve the issue while strengthening the relationship. Better still is when the parties walk away with a positive view of the process and are willing to trust the process to work for them.
