Bio
Capt Jenkins received his commission as a Lt in Jan of 2000, through OCS, Fort Benning, GA. He served in the Navy until Jan 1994, before transferring to the MING in Oct 1997. Capt Jenkins served as the Deputy Public Affairs Officer for the MING from 2002-2005 prior to transferring to the 318th PA Det and assuming the PAO position. Jenkins final assignment was MING Director of Public Affairs.
