Retired from active duty as a Senior Non Commissioned Officer and Sergeants Major Academy Select. Assignments include Fort Stewart, GA; Germany; Fort Knox, KY; Fort Riley, KS; Hawaii; and Fort Benning, GA. His military duties were highlighted by participating in Operations Desert Shield / Desert Storm, Operation Desert Spring, Bright Star, Drill Sergeant, and Sergeant Audie Murphy Club member.
Upon retiring in 2005, Roger joined Alliance Careers, LLC., concentrating on the Industry Experience (IE) business development and recruiting while also serving as a Senior Partner and Sr. Vice President. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Denise, and is the proud father of 3 children: Elizabeth, Rachel, and Travis. Roger is a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, the Patriot Guard, and the USO.
