My startup, River of Talent, offers resume evaluation service for busy hiring managers. We use crowd workers, so a real person evaluates each resume. Other programs use keyword software alone. Software cannot yet compete with human judgment.
I joined RallyPoint at the suggestion of a veteran-owned client. My father served in the USAF, stationed in San Antonio, Texas, my hometown.
