I am lead for the estimating process & responsible for leading the Cost Engineering team to ensure the dependability and consistency of Business Unit generated costs. I am also responsible for the integrity of the financial commitments being made on behalf of the Business Unit by ensuring that estimates are correctly costed, that risk and uncertainty are identified and quantified.
