I want to complete my CIC-II & ITMS degree as well earn the AETC Master Instructor Rating. My long term goals are achieve MSgt as well as become a kennelmaster or flight chief while also completing the PMC. I would also like to complete my Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and possibly become a First Sergeant to continue with my love of helping, guiding, and shaping others.
