Managed the Army Reserve’s Installation Management Directorate for engineering, master planning, environmental, and facility support for 180 buildings ($156 million/1.6 million sf) within WA, OR, and ID servicing six Major US Army Commands for Base Operations Support. • Rated number one in the nation in the Army Reserves for Budget Execution which resulted in receipt of an additional 30% of their annual maintenance and repair year end dollars. • Managed a two-phase Pier construction/replacement in Tacoma, WA. Phase I was a $18 million project constructing a three-story Army Reserve Training Center and Marine Maintenance Support Activity which was scheduled for completion in August 2004. Phase II was to be a $9 million replacement of the existing 1,260 feet of concrete and wooden pier.

Managed and documented the mobilization of Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers in twenty-one western United States. • Mobilized and demobilized nearly 1,000 units and 40,000 soldiers during this period. • Officer in charge of the Mobilization Emergency Operations Center from September 11, 2001 until departure.
