I joined The army after careful consideration of all branches. Dropping Navy because of long time @ sea. I did not Consider the Marines Because of Suspected Discipline. I wanted to fly But had no possibility of it. So I choice the Army for its possible fit for me. I was 18 and had a draft # of 300 or so. I enlisted.
