Provided Student Support for over 3,400 students per year within 43 Aviation Programs of Instruction and 13 Medical Programs of Instruction; directly coordinated with Registrar at AMEDDC&S, HRC, and National Guard and Reserve Liason in order to assist students with in processing; supervised failures in courses and followed up on applicable paperwork regarding finance, travel, and evaluation; assisted academic course directors and NCOICs in any student issues that were outside of their program of instruction; provided the primary link between student issues and Operational cell.

Collaboratived a relationship with the MTF Patient Advocacy Office and worked closely with the MEDCOM Medical Assistance Group to assist with the resolution of issues that arise primarily from the Army’s Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline, the Wounded Warrior Resource Center and the Surgeon General Website.

Was responsible for supervision, evaluations, training and professional development for 30 NCOs and 16 enlisted Soldiers; facilitated the management of over 500 clinical and administrative personal; provided direct support in managing a budget in access of 21 million dollars.
