Lead enlisted recruiter for the Marine Special Operation Command (MARSOC). Briefed over 300 Marines on the recruitment process to help them better understand the relatively new unit and its specific mission and purpose. Successfully converted 20 potential recruits in less than a year using a variety of recruiting techniques including briefs, training, cold calls and scheduled meeting times with large units. Responsible for the quality and control of applicants entering the Marine Special Operations Assessment and Selection to ensure that they would uphold the reputation and integrity of the unit.

Created an open dialogue with the foreign military to help them understand their own deficiencies and how to improve them.
