Mr. Roscart joined the EMW team in 2005, as Vice President, International (OCONUS) Operations, he has over 30 years of consulting and systems integration experience having worked 17 years with government clients and 11 years with commercial clients. As the VP International Operations, Mr. Roscart is responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient delivery practices.
