Assumed the role as the Chief of Protocol for the Pacific Regional Medical Command and Tripler Army Medical Center in August 2008. As the Chief of Protocol, advises the Commander, Command Sergeant Major, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commanders, and Executive Officer, on all matters pertaining to Protocol to assure proper operation for all functions involving military and civilian visitors from Congress, Department of Defense (DOD), Veteran’s Affairs (VA), Department of the Army (DA), government, foreign dignitaries, contractors and private industry. Mr. Jenkins serves on the front line of diplomatic engagement building bridges and fostering understanding between people. responsible for actions that impact on distinguished visitors at the highest levels of the US and foreign governments.
