Automations Officer/ Program Manager
Serve as an Aviation Logistics Officer in the Aviation Systems Readiness Branch (ARNG-AVL), Aviation and Safety Division. Significant duties and responsibilities as the Project Manager for the development and functional/training requirements for Unit Level Logistics System Aviation Enhanced ULLS-A(E). Processes and coordinates fielding of ULLS-A (E) for all 54 States and territories. Provides constant feedback on ULLS-A (E) fielding distribution list as mission dictates to move units up on fielding list based on deployment dates. Sorts, formulates monthly reports for ULLS-A (E) and input in Guard Knowledge Online (GKO) for all 54 states to access and review. Provide analysis, reports and briefings to ARNG and HQDA leadership in regards to ARNG aviation ULLS A (E) equipping posture.

Warrant Officer Training Specialist
Serves as the Warrant Officer Training Specialist and ARNG Senior Warrant Officer Advisor, BOLC Division, Center for Initial Military Training, TRADOC. Responsible for planning, development, and management of policies and strategies regarding Warrant Officer IMT matters. Overseas and reviews all Programs of Instruction (POI) related to the Warrant Officer Candidate School and fifty-four Warrant Officer Basic Courses to ensure compliance with Army policy and TRADOC guidance. Provides the NG Warrant Officer perspective for Common Core Tasks and serves at a subject-matter-expert within the BOLC Division for the entire BOLC spectrum. Manages taskers, staff and major actions for the divisions. Reviews responses to BOLC training requests for information from external agencies. As Primary Action Officer, oversees and manages Warrant Officer Integration into BOLC II. Acts as primary POC for all Warrant Officer issues/policies. Serves as Liaison for Reserve component officer IMT issues. Assist in the validation of BOLC resources and funding.
