As a member of The U. S. Army Chorus since 1988, Mr. Giuliano has represented his country as a soloist performing for heads of state, kings, queens, and presidents worldwide. Mr. Giuliano had the honor and privilege of serving as a featured soloist at President Ronald Reagan's interment ceremony in Simi Valley, CA singing an 'A Cappella' rendition of Amazing Grace, President Reagan’s favorite hymn.

Performs as a first tenor vocalist in The United States Army Chorus; Preparation and memorization of music for rehearsals and performances in direct support of the President, the Congress, and DoD leadership, in addition to public audiences; Maintains quality vocal technique and foreign language proficiency; Routinely performs for the White House, State Department, U.S. Congress, Secretary of Defense, Army Chief of Staff, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Supports high-level DoD ceremonies throughout the National Capital Region as Senior National Anthem Soloist; Featured soloist with The Army Chorus and Army Band, specializing in operatic repertory. New NCOER Unit Training Liaison and subject matter expert and instructor.
