Bio

Serving over 30 years in the ARNG and USAR in traditional, mob'd and AGR status, both enlisted and commissioned officer. I truly believe to be successful, one must be honest with themselves and their team, keep educationally relevant (PME/FA), and always reach out helping those in need no matter rank or job status. What you do & don't do effects everyone else.
