Plans, develops, coordinates, directs, and supervises the installation, operation, and management of integrated C4I telecommunications networks. Coordinates signal activities with higher, lower, and adjacent headquarters. Monitors COMSEC user account status in an operational environment. Generates key material definitions for ongoing secure communications operations.
