In 2011 my health had deteriorated from metabolic syndrome to the where I was obese, diabetic and had developed an arrhythmia. My cardiologist told me I was a candidate for a crippling stroke. A good friend reached out and offered me a way to regain my health. Today 90lbs lighter I pay it forward as a Health Coach and help others on their journey for healthy body healthy mind and healthy finances.
