Born and raised in Columbus Ohio to a family of veterans. Dad was a WWII Army Ranger and Mom was a WWII WAC. Enlisted in the Army as a ASA Military Policeman in 1973. Retired from the Army on 12/31/93 at Ft Huachuca AZ. Now retired from civilian job and enjoying if in Century FL. Married for 40 years to Cindy. We have two beautiful daughters, currently 31 and 30.

South Korea

Security team leader for the Nike Hercules Weapons Support Det-Korea. Lead a squad of Military Police tasked with providing physical security for the movement and launch of "special" weapons on the Nike Hercules missile. The unit was deactivated two months prior to my DEROS so I worked as an instructor at the 38th ADA Bde Drivers Training School.

Aug 1976 - Oct 1977

Camp Pelham, Korea

4th Platoon, 2nd MP Co, 2ID. Provided MP law enforcement, town patrol, traffic accident investigation, patrol supervisor, and Desk Sergeant duties in a remote location. Responsible for all law enforcement activities in the Western Corridor, South Korea.

Mar 1975 - May 1976

Ramasun Station, Thailand

Deployed to the 7th RRFS, Udorn Thani, Thailand. Provded physical security and law enforcement duties on a small intelligence gathering base in North Eastern Thailand at the end of the VN war.
