I'm a retired Army Master Sergeant and currently President /CEO of Interior Fusion LLC. When I retired in 2007, I wanted to work in the sales & marketing field. After a short stint in the corporate world, I learned that "team" in the military and "team" in the corporate world meant two very different things.
