Recently Mr. Beck worked as a Systems Engineer and Business Manager at FAA, prior to Safety Standards Engineer with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) within the United States Department of Transportation. During his present assignment Mr. Beck is responsible for all safety standards for crash avoidance legality and rulemaking in terms of Lighting (FMVSS108) and others. David has over 23 yrs of aerospace, automotive, and PM experience. During the past twenty years, Mr. Beck has worked as a volunteer for many social and economic causes including, cancer awareness, homeless prevention, Science Technology Engineering Mathmatics (S.T.E.M.) and others.
