Led the sustained growth and maturity of the US Air Force's first Predator RQ-1 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) squadron. Sustained multiple deployed operations in Bosnia, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Iraq, while sustaining the pilot training requirements at home station. Led solution to multiple issues ranging from technical data development, technician training, maintenance engineering solutions to resolve new problems, and the communication architecture requirements to support satellite feeds to support flight operations at home and in theater.

MQ-1 UAV Maintenance Superintendent, sustaining 24/7 operations with multiple assets aloft, using the newly equipped Hellfire missile. Led a seamless move from Tallil to Balad AB, using 27 C-130 aircraft, moving all equipment in a planned flow that allowed combat operations to continue uninterrupted. Endured daily mortar attacks throughout the base
