Bio
Throughout my years of public service, in both the Air Force and the Army, I've come to the conclusion and fully believe, that the biggest room in one's life is the room for improvement. This thought process has kept me fully engaged in consistent personal and professional growth, while remaining sharp in the knowledge I've already acquired. Subsequently, my leadership style is heavily influenced by my belief in mentorship, simply put, the residual effects speak for themselves.
Leaders, and Followers alike, never forget the person who took the time to go 'one more mile' at your side to ensure your strong finish. Ultimately, this provides any team with a quality individual that has been properly trained and cared for. Overall, its a win-win for any work environment.
In whichever organization that I have the privilege to serve in, I will always provide my best efforts for the team. As I am faith-driven, people-focused, and results-oriented.
