My goal is to become a 1st Sgt and to continue to make a difference in Amn's lives. Amn have been coming in a lot smarter and more educated than ever, but with attitudes to match. I love to mentor and I hope to help continue my path of guiding Amn in the right direction. My goal was to make MSgt which I did. It was the only rank completely in my control, though I still reach for the stars.
