Deputy Director of Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection
Directed fleet management of maritime security and Anti-terrorism programs for over 100 ships and subordinate staffs to include SUBFOR and SEALOGLANT. Supervised a directorate of 7 subject matter experts. Reviewed, tracked and approved over 100 security plans annually. Led the inspection and evaluation of the fleet’s anti-terrorism program to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Coordinated with USCG in escort scheduling in support of Navy High Value Units (HVU) transits into and out of port within the AOR. Developed, maintained, revised and implemented fleet level anti-terrorism policy, directives, documents and written guidance.

Directed Naval Tactical Data System-Combat Information Center (NTDS-CIC) teams.
