Integration and training of over 3,600 new personnel while at only 40% man power with 98% success. Accountability/maintenance of $33,000,000 worth of equipment with 100% accountability.

Trained, advised/assisted the Iraqi Security Forces Department of Border Enforcement operations staff of over 1500 personnel, in order to improve all areas of security, staff synchronization and counterinsurgency along the Iraq-Iran border in Diyala Province. Advised commander on all aspects of team and Iraqi units operations and fire support planning, lethal and non-lethal effects. Developed operations procedures which resulted in zero casualties and 100% success rate on 158 mounted combat patrols as the Operations Manager. Instrumental in establishing Border Enforcement Academy.

Conducts effects based approach to mission analysis, throughout the United States Army Central area of responsibility, encompassing four regions and twenty seven countries
