The Army changed my home of record and i've been trying to fix the issue for months with no luck. S1, Finance and HRC have no clue how to help me out. I've submitted a form 2058, being told that's how to change HOR but that was false. Im from Nevada but my HOR says Nebraska. I enlisted in Nevada, the weird part is my HOR says Nebraska but it has my Nevada address.

Stay patient and continue to reach out to your CoC and HR Team to get it fixed. It really should not affect anything negatively at this point. Is it?

That may make a difference. I only see it potentially being of concern when you go to transportation. It should be something you can fix when you go over your DD-214.PV2 (Join to see)

MAJ (Join to see) - Thank You for your response. I have been to my S1, Legal, Ops and I called DFAS they all told me it is not possible to change my HOR which I dont see possible since the Army made the error.

It is also possible that you will get a resolution when you finalize your DD-214PV2 (Join to see)

HOR is the city and state you were living in when you enlisted. This will not change when you move to a new address. It will only change if you have a break in service.
Which system are you seeing your HOR?
In the USAR you'll update your HOR in eSRB and your address in RLAS. Corrections can be made to the finance side with a TL to the pay center.
In the AA you'll update it in eMILPO. That'll update your ERB and subsequent systems.
