Can someone look over my Packet and provide guidance and direction for my 153A packet?
I unfortunately did not make the list this time round, but this doesn't discourage me. I am looking for help in solidifying my packet and making it more competitive for the March board. All input is helpful!

However, I like to end on a positive/optimistic note...which is at least your packet is automatically boarded again and you have plenty of time to improve your PT but of course I would not consider myself the SME on flight packets so definitely pay closer attention the Chief(s) who have obviously had success with the process. Also, respect that it is a process and not necessarily an easy one. Receiving a FQNS is not the end of the world. if it were easy to get selected the Army would not be short on pilots so don’t let it get you down.

Even though the unit is deployed 3CAB will have a Rear-D with at least a few Aviation CW3/4/5 Warrants on hand. Take a drive over to CAB HQ and ask to speak to one.
