And what will I likely be doing as a 35F? Asking because I plan on reenlisting to go there

You can plan to reenlist to go there, but if there isn't a spot you won't be going there; if you aren't Airborne you probably aren't going there.

If HRC did come back with a spot for you, it's a normal 35F job. You'll either be working in the SCIF of managing clearances in the SSO. Possibly both over the three years you'll be there.

Torii is an outstanding place and the unit building is basically brand new. You can walk down to the beach and eat your lunch on the ocean. There's an LZ on the beach, I used to keep a set of ranger panties and snorkel gear in the car so I could snorkel the reef there while waiting for the birds to come in before a jump. You will probably get a lot of opportunity for TDY over the three years you are there. Go to Jumpmaster school while you can as well.

Correction SFC, retention offered it to me after a coworker turned it down.

SPC (Join to see) if you're airborne qualified you could possibly have taken it. But if it was offered to you and you haven't taken it yet, it's gone. 35F is a huge MOS and there are thousands of 35F1 looking at the same slot. There are 1000 Career Counselors with a 35F in an S2 who need to reenlist, who called those S2 and told them they had 30 seconds to take the spot. If you took the spot, congrats, Oki is a dream assignment. If you did the normal MI thing and told them you'll research it first, then there is a life lesson that opportunity knocks once and it the first person to answer the door profits.
