How have you been affected by the Army's new STEP for promotion, since there is a NCOES training backlog for Soldiers. Have you been able to get a reserved seat in your needed NCOES?

CSM (Join to see) I'm just stuck on why we got rid of 1SG course. When I attended ANCOC, it really did not have much useful info/training as 1SG duties go. Even fellow NCOs that attended "SLC" are on the same boat.

SFC Bayardo Reyes I believe there is a Master Leaders Course that is going to bridge the gap from SFC to MSG. While I was attending ALC the 1SG was attending the first class.
