Have you tried Amazon? They have everything and if you are Prime, you can get them in two work days.

Look at your PPW, that will give you a definitive answer as to what areas you need to work on to maximize your points

If you are short on military education points, you need to be knocking down your leadership's and schools NCO's doors and getting them to send you to schools. Bus driver, CLS, armorer, NBC, HAZMAT, anything that has an on-site residency requirement of a week or more.

The Gym, max your APFT.
Go to the education center for assistance in signing up for college and having your JST evaluated. Also at the Ed Center sign up to take some CLEP and DSST tests. (Free even if you fail) for more college credit.
Volunteer to earn your MOVSM
Work on BRM fundamentals and keep shooting at the range till you get the beat score you can.
Go to WLC, and do all the SSD you can so yoi can go to ALC.
Look over your PPW to evaluate the areas you can earn your promotion points.
