Should certain things be counted as points for promotion to E-5 and not E-6? is Professional development schools. I think they should count

If you look at all the school you attend during your career, such as HAZMAT, EMT, Military Police Investigator, OPSEC Mgr Planners , etc., they are all professional development schools of some sort related to either your job or development within your rank status, if they were all counted for promotion points, think of how top heavy we would be with E5s/E6s with no where for them to go.  It makes it more of an individual effort with PT/Weapons/Awards/Education and such. Look at the whole picture, good luck.
