How long does it normally take for PME to reflect on PPW/ERB for cut off? Will I be eligible for promotion on Sept 1?

So I graduated on the 23rd of July from PME and the SGL said it would take around 3 days to reflect on PPW/ERB for cut off. Now since cutoff has changed to the 26 its a small window. However still no reflecting on PPW/ERB, does anyone know how long it normally takes and if i’m will be eligible for promotion on sept 1

SGLs always say that your PME will reflect in three days, or that when your 1059 is uploaded your PPW will update....
When the person in charge of ATRRS at the school house goes in and changes your code from Reserved to Successful Completion, that will trigger the change to emilpo and your PPW.
