Is anyone having issues trying to log in on the blackboard for AMEDD BOLC RC distance learning?

Good afternoon sir. I think it’s the blackboard site. I tried to logon to finish an le/li course my unit signed me up for but it keeps telling me the site is offline as well.

It is a complex program designed to teach you how to operate military computer systems. After you master it there will never a time when you will ever need to take another distance learning course. Once complete its job is accomplished.
